Class Schedule
BODY FUSION (60 minutes, All Levels): This workout combines Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi to increase flexibility, enhance balance and build strength. Sign Up Today! Incorporated are a series of stretches and movements to music for a workout that leaves you feeling calm and centered. We offer modifications during each class, so all levels are welcome at any class.
Bring a mat and water. Barefoot or socks is fine for this class.
