Parent and Child Yoga
For the Parent and Child Yoga class for Children 5-10 years old
1st and 3rd Sunday of the Month 2:00-2:30p.m. Sign Up Today!This yoga class is for children of all abilities and needs. In this class we will practice breathing techniques to calm, practice flowing sequences to energize, try challenging poses to balance, and end with relaxing breath and poses to restore.
Adolescents: 11 years old + 1st and 3rd Sunday 2:45p.m.-3:45p.m.
This yoga class is for teens of all abilities and needs. In this class we will do a one hour vinyasa flow and build a base of yoga in a safe space. We will focus on breathing and creating intentions to take into their busy academic and extracurricular schedule. We will develop strength in our bodies while flowing through different poses of strength, balance, and restoration. Our overall focus is to find happiness in ourselves and our bodies.
