Here's what you can expect from us at Explosive Sports Conditioning.
We will deliver extraordinary service to athletes. Our goal is to provide them with injury preventative techniques and mobility, ultimately resulting in a faster, quicker, injury-resistant athlete. Our focus is Long Term Athlete Development.
We do this through our Principle of Training:
- Start with Movement - Teach athletes how to move well and help them improve their movement skills
- Then we add Strength and Speed
- Next we add Sports Specific Skills
Our goal is teach athletes proper form and body mechanics. With the foundations of movement, we will work with the athletes to increase their endurance, become stronger, faster and a more well rounded athlete. We include balance, flexibility, agility, strength and speed to help the athletes enhance their performance.
