Hey everyone! My name is Gabriella but you can call me Brie (like the cheese). I love smoothie bowls, Disney, and traveling.
I have been practicing yoga since college and completed my RYT200 in 2017. Yoga is one of the few things that slows down my mind and I love sharing that with others! I’ve found that yoga not only brings stillness and quiet to my mind but it has helped me tremendously with physical strength and posture. I love that anyone can do yoga, there is no limit and there is always improvement. Can’t wait to see you in class!
