RYT200 Yoga Certification
Kerry (RYT200) has been active her entire life, running, swimming, biking, hiking, skiing and engaging in other physical activities. She began doing yoga in 2004 to counteract injuries brought on by running and as an alternative to ice baths. She found that yoga brought benefits beyond the physical release of stretching, helping her to find calmness and grounding and deeper connection to herself. She looked for ways to deepen her practice and share her love of yoga with others. Kerry’s alignment based classes emphasize breath awareness and conscious intention to promote ease and stability in each pose. Her goal is to help her students find and maintain a peaceful mind and body, find balance both on and off the mat, and have fun with yoga.

I began my career in fitness 25 years as I was starting a family. This choice was conducive to my desire to stay home and raise my 4 children and fostered my passion for leading an active lifestyle. I have worked with individuals of all fitness levels ranging from pre and post natal to the elderly population that have significant health limitations. My goal as a fitness professional has always been to make optimal health and fitness obtainable and enjoyable to all of my clients. I strive to to accommodate all fitness levels in a group setting or in my one on one training. It is my desire to spread my love of leading a fit lifestyle throughout our community.
