Who are we?
Grass Roots fitness was born from a basic idea to exercise with friends while enjoying the great outdoors. Our goal is to help women increase their flexibility, grow stronger and improve their overall fitness in an encouraging and supportive environment.
Our classes achieve this goal by incorporating static and dynamic stretching, various cardiovascular exercises and strength training. With this combination, we are able to burn calories while building muscle to achieve optimal results. Our over goal is to help women increase their strength, their flexibility and improve their overall fitness.
And most of all, we have fun doing it! As our clients work on getting fit, their health improves, they feel better and much more confident about themselves.
What sets us apart?
We’ve created a caring atmosphere where women are comfortable being themselves and are able to socialize, interact and network with one another. We offer activities outside of class to connect with our clients on other levels as well.
