Who are we?
Grass Roots fitness was born from a basic idea to exercise with friends while enjoying the great outdoors. Our goal is to help men and women increase their flexibility, grow stronger and improve their overall fitness in an encouraging and supportive environment.
We help you achieve this goal by offering a variety of fitness classes for all fitness levels and interest. We believe cross training is important for your overall health and fitness and helps to prevent injury. Our classes will burn calories while building muscle for your everyday functional fitness. Our Yoga, Barre and Pilates classes will help increase your range of motion, flexibility and balance.
