BODY SCULPTING (60 minutes, All Levels): This class gives you a fun, dynamic and challenging full body workout. Sign Up Today!
You will gain greater strength and flexibility while incorporating resistance training, and core building exercises. We use free weights, bars, medicine balls, bands and stability balls.
Body Sculpting Tones! Our goal is to help you develop lean shapely muscles and increase your overall strength.
We offer modifications during each class, so all levels are welcome at any class.
Please bring a mat and water.
