Class Schedule
Boot Camp ( All Levels): This class consists of challenging outdoor and indoor cardio exercises Sign Up Today! Compound strength training, agility, plyometric, stair climbing and balance training, as well as core strengthening exercises. We incorporate the use of medicine balls, bars, ladders, bands, tubes and free weights. We offer modifications during each class, so all levels are welcome at any class.
Please bring dumbbells, a mat and water.
