Class Schedule
CARDIO STRENGTH TRAINING (60 minutes, All Levels): This class consists of a variety of indoor cardio and strength exercises Sign Up Today! , compound strength training, balance and agility training, as well as challenging abdominal workouts. We also incorporate the use of medicine balls, bars, stability balls, ladders, bands, tubes and free weights. We offer modifications during each class, so all levels are welcome at any class.
Please bring a mat and water.
